Your right to cancel digital content
Under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content like ours, that right ends once access begins, but only if you agreed to this.
- At checkout, we ask you to tick: "I want access to start immediately and understand I will lose my 14-day right to cancel once access begins." We record when you ticked it.
- Your paid access starts immediately after payment, so from that point the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.
- This does not affect your other legal rights. If the content is faulty or not as described, you are still entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
No subscription
There is nothing to cancel later: the payment is one-off, and it never renews automatically.
How to ask for a refund
Email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] from the email address on your account. If a refund is given, paid access ends at the same time.
